Contract data processing
We have concluded a contract data processing agreement with Google and implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities in full with regard to our use of Google Analytics.
This website uses Hotjar, an analysis software developed by Hotjar Ltd. (‘Hotjar’) (http://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe). Hotjar makes it possible for us to measure and analyse user behaviour on our website (e.g. clicks, mouse movements, scrolling distances). We use Hotjar on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to point (f) of Art. 6 (1) GDPR for optimisation and marketing purposes and for the design of our website in line with people’s interests. User data from our website shall only be recorded and evaluated for this purpose. We use Hotjar to analyse our website, not the individual users. User data is therefore pseudonymised and is processed within the European Union on the basis of the contract data processing agreement offered by Hotjar. netzwerk P maintains presences within social media to notify the users who are active there of its services and portfolio and, if they are interested, to communicate with them directly via these platforms. We currently have our own online profiles within the following networks:

All of netzwerk P’s social media channels can only be accessed by visitors to the website via an external link. netzwerk P never uses the plug-ins or other interfaces on its website that are offered by the social media networks for embedding in websites.
